If you are serious about your career in fire alarm installation, then you have stumbled across the right place. Obtaining a NICET certification will establish your professionalism and mark you as one of the best in your field.
If you want to stand out to your peers, boss, customers and other fire alarm installers. Advancing through the levels of NICET certification will show what you have accomplished and what you are capable of doing.
In fire alarm systems there are currently 4 levels available with 4 being the highest. In order to achieve NICET’s level IV in fire alarm systems you will need to pass a rigorous and stressful examination process over the course of 10 years. The exam is taken in different parts throughout your career and scored based on the amount of elements you pass. Elements are groups of 5 -10 questions on specific criteria in the fire alarm installation field. I will go into future detail in future posts but here are the basics:
Level I = 8 Elements Needed
Level II = 30 Elements Needed
Level III = 54 Elements Needed
Level IV = 67 Elements Needed
If you cannot find what you are looking for, please let them know. At NICET, they welcome your questions and are eager to help you attain the mark of success — certification by NICET.
